Minnesota-based Capital Partners plans to develop a 442,000-square-foot industrial property just northwest of the Interstate 75 interchange at Alico Road in south Fort Myers. The developer secured a $45 million construction loan for the three-building project to be called Oriole Logistics, with construction to begin in April at 16815 Oriole Road. Development plans show construction of one 136,000-square-foot building and two 153,000-square-foot buildings featuring 84 dock doors, 28- to 32-foot clear heights and a 580-stall parking lot. CBRE commercial real estate services and investment company’s Billy Mork, Joel Torborg and Mike Vannelli secured the loan on behalf of Capital Partners.
